Supplement labels don’t tell the whole story.
A label lists what’s in the bottle. It can’t tell you whether the dose works, whether it’s safe with your medication, or what the fillers are doing there.
Vitamin B6 and the risk of peripheral neuropathy
100 mg per serving: over 8× the EU’s safe daily upper limit of 12 mg.
Many are poorly formulated
Doses far above or below the studied range, forms the body struggles to absorb, or ingredients with little research behind them.

Safety risks hide in plain sight
Even the most common supplements can cause side effects or interact with medication.

Artificial additives and inactive ingredients are the part of the label almost nobody reads.

- Scan: Point your camera at the label. Front first, then the ingredients panel. You can also paste a product link or search by name.
- Research: Suppie reads the research for you. It searches published research live and compares every dose and form with the formulations used in studies. While it works, guess the grade.
- Decide: A grade, a verdict, and the reasons. Then the full report: dose, benefits, safety and every ingredient, rated.

Your supplements don’t work alone.
Add what you take to your Stack. Suppie reviews it as a whole to highlight synergies, concerns and gaps.
- Doubled doses
- Taking the same active twice adds up. Suppie totals the combined dose.
- Interactions
- What to avoid, what reduces efficacy, and what needs spacing apart, ranked by severity.
- Your routine
- Morning, afternoon, evening or bedtime, with reminders that help you stick with it.
Ask the question behind the label.
Suppie Coach knows the product in front of you, everything in your Stack and the goals you’ve shared. It learns about you over time, so you never start from scratch.
Try asking
- Is it okay to take this every night?
- Can I take it with my zinc?
- Glycinate or citrate for sleep?

Trusted by nutrition experts
“Suppie cuts through the hype and helps you make smarter, more confident supplement choices.”
“What really impressed me is how Suppie highlights things you’d almost never spot on your own, like formulation gaps or ingredients that sound impressive but don’t really add value. It makes choosing supplements feel far less like guesswork.”
No black box. Here’s how the score works.
One published rubric, applied the same way to every product, whatever it costs. No brand can pay for a grade.

Efficacy
0–100The quality, consistency and relevance of clinical evidence for what the product claims. Higher means stronger evidence.
Safety
High · Medium · LowDocumented adverse effects, interactions, allergenicity and dosing. High is safest. If safety is low, the verdict becomes “Check with your GP first”, whatever the grade.
Cleanliness
0–100Starts at 100, with deductions for fillers and additives based on their risk. Capsule shells and coatings are excluded.

Questions, answered.
Why not just ask ChatGPT?
Chatbots are good for broad questions, but answers change with how you phrase them and sources can be hard to check. Suppie is built only for supplements: it scores the exact label with one published rubric, cites its sources, remembers your stack, goals and allergies, and helps you keep a routine.
Is Suppie medical advice?
No. Suppie explains published research and label data so you can have a better conversation with your clinician. It doesn’t diagnose or treat anything. If you take prescription medicine, check with your GP before changing your routine.
Where does the evidence come from?
Suppie researches each product live, comparing its doses and forms with the formulations used in published studies, drawing on sources including PubMed and the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, alongside the product’s own label. That’s why it works on any supplement, not just a fixed database. Every report lists its sources so you can open them yourself.
How we scoreDoes Suppie test what’s in the bottle?
No. Suppie analyses what the label declares against published research. It doesn’t lab-test physical bottle contents.
Can brands pay for a better grade?
No. Brands can’t pay to be listed, raise a grade or change a score; every product runs through the same rubric. Suppie is funded by subscriptions and isn’t paid by the brands or retailers behind the products it grades.
How does the free trial work?
New members get full access free for 3 days: unlimited scans and chats, your Stack and Suppie Coach. If Suppie isn’t for you, cancel anytime in your iPhone’s Settings before the trial ends and you won’t be charged. Otherwise your annual plan starts on day 3.
Is Suppie on Android?
Not yet. Suppie is iPhone only today.
How is Suppie different from Examine?
Examine summarises the research on ingredients, which is excellent for learning whether magnesium helps sleep. Suppie grades the specific product in your hand: every active and inactive ingredient, its doses, fillers and interactions, in seconds.
